"We had a wonderful time. There were a couple little glitches and Derrick was spot on in helping out! Enjoyed every moment except the weather LOL. But we swam in the pool even when it was raining. :0)

Convenient beach access

"Anastasia has been our go-to for vacation always in the past and rated each experience a five-star. However, some factors did not make this a five-star stay. First, the entrance to the unit had a safety issue with a large piece of loose tile at the entrance, and also not enough adequate lighting. We wanted to check the type of coffee filters needed before going to the store to pick up a few grocery items. When the filter department was opened, there was a filter in the basket with GREEN coffee grounds and what looked like mildew on the basket. When we got started putting things away, something sticky was on the handles of the fridge and freezer and on the counter tops, and the wall leaving the kitchen looked as though food was prepared and splattered on the wall, which my wife had to clean. The rental information stated no pets allowed. We wear black socks and when they were removed each day, there was dog hair on the bottoms of the socks. If the unit had been cleaned prior to our stay, I don't think it should've been left up to my wife to clean the kitchen and the dog hair would've been vacuumed up. We weren't able to watch anything except YouTube TV. All the other channels had to be set up with online Google accounts. We even tried using my wife's Google account she uses at home and still couldn't get in. This was really aggravating since it rained everyday except one the whole time we were on vacation. I did give the person managing the property a five star due to his being very nice and helpful. We have recommended Anastasia to many of our friends and relatives on the units we have previously stayed. If the concerns noted had been addressed before our arrival, we would be happy to recommend this unit as well. I would give the great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach a definite five star.

"The condo was in a great location with it’s own private beach access. The view from the porch was great! The side door exit to the rear beach access sidewalk was very handy. The condo was comfortable with only one major issue: the refrigerator ice maker did not work; it would make a few pieces every now and then so we had to buy bags of ice for our drinks. I texted the owner but did not receive a reply. There were a few small maintenance items that need attention: master BR right side sink drain needs cleaned, it ran very slow; the top outlet in the 2nd King room did not work, I had to unplug the bedside lamp to plug in my phone/watch charger, the sectional couch remote compartment’s screws were all loose, one of the towel rod holders was loose, and the sliding doors vertical blinds need repair or replaced. Overall, our stay was very positive.

"The condo is beautiful with absolutely lovely views of the beach and ocean. Very quiet in the building and relaxing. Close to beach access and restaurants and grocery stores. Short drive into Historic St Augustine. We will definitely rent again!

Beach vacation

"We enjoyed the rental. It had all of the items we needed; plus a washer/dryer, pool and very close beach access. Beautiful balcony including comfy spot for morning coffee or afternoon snacks. Loved the 4 min walk to the beach. Good restaurants very close by. Only drawback is the 20 min drive to St. Augustine.

"It was wonderful! Great location, beautiful view, awesome beaches. The condo was just as described. Only a minor disappointment, there isn’t a community grill to use. But plenty of cookware to use if you wanted to cook.
I would definitely return here again and again!

Saint Augustine Family Vacation at Anastasia #207

"The condo was a good size for 6 adults and a 6 week old. It’s very modern with nice decor. The beds were all very comfy. We loved the views from the master bedroom. The balcony was wonderful. Even though you are on the second floor, you could still see the ocean. The kitchen had everything you would need. The only complaints were the 3rd and smaller bedroom needs a tv. It is rather dark in that room as well, because there is no window. Also it would be nice to have about 4-5 good quality beach chairs in that room, since large families are renting a 3 bedroom condo. Overall the room was great!! We were thankful for Netflix because it rained every day of our vacation.

Family beach vacation

"We have been staying at Anastasia Condos for about 15 years. There is no better location on the beach. We also have many years of condos to compare to. This one was just lovely. The decor was coastal without being kitschy beachy. The kitchen was well equipped with a Ninja blender and coffee maker. The master had amazing views with floor to ceiling windows that were covered in motorized blackout blinds. But the thing that was just the very best were the top quality mattresses on each of the beds. I’ve stayed in many properties that are really nice but the beds are just a huge disappointment. Not this one!!! And it was so appreciated! Highly recommend this property!

Great Beach Access

"We stayed here in March for 8 days with another couple and beach access was fantastic. Boardwalk was new and no steps if you are wheeling a wagon or cooler down to the beach. Sprayers available to wash sand off before going in was also nice. We also liked that there were 2 king beds in this condo since we were all adults. The deck was great for sunrise coffees and happy hours and most of us loved the high seated chairs on the deck which gave the perfect view over the railing. Couple of notes: there is no outside grill or recycling as indicated on property info. The pool area limited the number of people due to COVID. The icemaker and google were not working but it wasn't a big deal to us as we brought our own music and bags of ice. We few to FL for this stay so bringing all the extras (toilet paper, bath soap, beach towels, kleenex, dishwasher det, trash bags etc) from home was not possible so a trip to the Dollar store was needed but it was close to the grocery so not that big of deal and was added to make the trip more pleasant for us. Rental company does send you information when you book stating that there will only be 1 of each item. Management on site and in the condo office was not that friendly, even to regular tenants, but assume they are busy. Overall great stay with great restaurants around.

"Can’t say enough good about this property. It felt very luxurious. Everything in this condo is high end, from the Ninja coffeemaker to the Google assist speaker. We adored the comfortable poly deck chairs and spent a lot of time out there enjoying the beautiful view. There were plenty of dishes, flatware and glassware, so you don’t have to run the dishwasher constantly. There were even chairs and coolers in one of the closets.
The community is gated and very secure and quiet. I would love to stay here again.

Girls Get-Away

"The property was nice and the St. Augustine area was great. We enjoyed learning about the history of the area in town (took the trolley tour) and spent every day on the beautiful beach. The restaurant choices were amazing! Plenty to choose from and everywhere that we ate had great food and service!
The condo was very clean, modern, and upgraded in most areas. The beds were very comfortable! The couch in the living room was great for multiple people to comfortably sit. We watched the sunrise on the balcony every morning.
A couple of things that needed attention: the blinds in the living room were missing some slats, so we could not completely close them for privacy or to block the sun. There were very few towels, which caused us to have to do laundry a couple of times during our 5 day visit. We could also have used a couple of extra blankets for the beds.
Overall we had a very nice time!

"Loved this condo at St. Augustine for our family of 5. It was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities from home, plus quick access to the beach, groceries, and the sights in St. Augustine. Unfortunately, our timing wasn't great - pre-COVID19, so a few things started closing on us. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

"My only complaint about this generally excellent condo is that there isn't a place to sit and read at night. We stayed there in March, and it gets dark early. There just isn't a good place to read. Also, the recliners in the living room are really difficult to get out of!

"St. Augustine offers so much in history along with so many activities,great food, all in a beautiful setting. Though we had previously visited the are, we had not stayed on the beach. Our condo offered beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic. It was exactly as described. It provided all the amenities we desired and more. Our owner was very helpful. We felt safe, spoiled, and had a wonderful visit.

"I’d like to say thank you to the owners of this property. Everything was as described and even better. The property is very clean and fully equipped. You have absolutely everything what you need. The beds are comfortable, views incredible, almost from everywhere you can see the ocean. Location is very convenient, steps to the beach and 15 min drive to Saint Augustine historical center. If I could give 6 stars, I would. It was a first time, when my daughter, who is so picky and criticize to everything, has not complained. Definitely would like to return back again.

"From 1st booking until we checked out it was a great. There were a few minor hiccups. But our calls were answered immediately and issues resolved. The condo was beautiful- very high end, great views, clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The tennis courts had just been resurfaced. The pool area was nice. The beach was great.
FYI... there are no bbqs and bring your own beach towels.
We highly recommend this unit.

"Very close to the beach, restaurants, attractions. Very nice job remodeling. Condo is a little smaller than you expect from the pictures but there's two of us and three teenagers and we were comfortable for a week. It's a senior community so very quiet while we were there. Great if you're not looking for party town. Minor issue with the internet but property manager handled quickly and professionally. Would stay again.
