Our team lives mere minutes from our office and the properties we manage; this allows us to respond to and resolve any issues that may come up, with minimum guest disruption.

With our office centrally located at the heart of Anastasia Island, we are perfectly positioned to be able to respond to guest or owner needs. Our team is dedicated to respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to any emergency that may come up, regardless of the day or time. If, as an owner, you reside out of the area, or currently work with a management company that is not locally based, your failing AC unit, broken pipe or faulty appliance may not be fixed nearly a quickly as you or your guest would prefer. Our Property Management Services

At Saint Augustine Vacation Rentals we are committed to maintaining your property with the highest standards.

We Protect Your Property

We are probably one of the only companies that will turn down a rental reservation. We are more concerned with making certain your rental property is protected and well-kept than we are with maximizing income.

We do our best to screen renters to insure they meet our minimum age requirement, are not bringing the family pet, or in general are not a good fit for the property. We personally speak with every guest booking during Spring break periods, and if needed, will and have turned guests away without a refund. If a guest is found to be damaging a property, being disrespectful to the community or neighbors, or if they bring an unapproved pet, they will be required to vacate the rental immediately without compensation.

Online Owner Access

Our owner partners have access to our Owner-web portal. The portal allows you to see future bookings, statements, and maintenance expenses. It also grants you the ability to enter your own stays at the property or stays for your friends and family.

Financial Accountability

Owners receive detailed monthly statements that how rental income, taxes collected and paid, maintenance costs, and any other expenses. Owner payments may be made via direct deposit if requested.
