The beautiful condo is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal waterway in Saint Augustine. Easy beach access. Very private and rarely crowded. Watch the dolphins play offshore or hang out poolside with the kids before wandering the cobblestone streets of the Old City, taking in the historic atmosphere of downtown and all it has to offer. There is plenty of space to stretch out and relax your cares away! The condo went under new ownership and is now showcasing: a brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances; new queen and twin beds with new mattresses and bedding in the guest room, new mattress topper and bedding for master suite, large 55” wall mounted TV in great room with Blue Ray, new TVs for both bedrooms and fresh paint throughout. We also furnish a telescope and binoculars for whale or dolphin watching. Cable TV, Wi-Fi and multiple USB ports for charging your devices are included as well.

Take a short drive south, and you are treated to a day at Marineland, or if you are here for the summer months, treat the kids to a week of Marineland Summer Camp that is highlighted by a day spent swimming with their dolphins! Further South is Washington Oaks State Park, Flagler Beach and Daytona! North of the condo is The Old City, The famous Saint Augustine Lighthouse, and The Alligator Farm! Windjammer offers covered parking for one vehicle per unit, a heated pool, private beach walkover, a fishing pier on the Intercoastal side of A1A, and spectacular sunrise AND sunset views.

Nice condo

"This is a nicely laid out condo with good design features and a great beachfront location. The condo was very clean but there were a number of maintenance issues that need attention such as adding screens on the two sliding doors and the blinds on both doors were in bad shape.

Also note that the building’s elevator seemed to not work parts of many of the days we were there. It required walking 4 flights of stairs.

Great 4th floor beachfront condo

"The condo was great and is located about 15 minutes south of St. Augustine. The condo was clean and in good condition with a well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and high-end furniture on the balcony that was nice to sit on. Swimming pool was very nice but is not heated. The beach was very level and is great for walking.

"Our group of friends had a beautiful 3.5 days until Hurricane Ian caused Mandatory Evacuation. We were very impressed and thankful for the communication with Mr. Kelley. The condo was as advertised. Clean and organized, and well labeled. The location could not have been more perfect. We hope to be back next minus a hurricane.

"Very satisfied! We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean and well taken care of, the view is absolutely perfect! Our five year old is immobile and in a wheelchair so I was very thankful for working elevators! This was my biggest concern but had absolutely no issues! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and had everything we needed! If you’re disabled or have one that is just know you’ll go down a few steps, off the dock, to get to the beach. Even though that was tough it’s much better than several other docks we saw that had way more steps!! The only thing that needs done would be the cushions on the furniture outside need cleaned or even sprayed down with Febreeze. We’d 100% stay here again!

Peaceful Beach front location

"Windjammer condo offers all the amenities you could possibly want indoors and out. The view from your double length balcony of the ocean cannot be beat, from the wonderful daily sunrises, the dare devil kite surfers racing along on the windy days and we could never get enough of the pelicans that would glide By daily and the Beautiful sunsets viewed out our front door each evening. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. A short drive for shopping grocery and restaurants, be sure to check out the Captains barbecue that backs on the inter coastal on a1a south 10-15 minutes and Osteens A1A North just before lions bridge you won’t Be disappointed. We hope to return again and again to this most peaceful beach location.

"We used SAVR for the first time, I was impressed with the quick, friendly & fast response I always got from Derrick, the condo was very clean & the view & the large balcony was the best,the only issue was that they advertise that the pool is heated & it was not, other than that few things could be improved, coffee make, toaster & MB mattress is not very comfortable, overall very nice experience.

"We had a great time. We loved the unit and the view. We enjoy Windjammer because it’s quiet and not as busy at that end of the beach. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was the internet was problematic and the television service is connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch tv while the service was down. We spent most of our time on the beach so it didn’t bother us to much.

Neihoff vacation to the Atlantic

"This condo is one of the best we have ever stayed at. From the the family of bunnies or the turtles on the property to the fishing dock this place is unique. Personally I enjoyed the sunrise on the ocean and sunset on the bay the best. Overall the location is great as we took a day to visit historic St. Augustine went to the wax museum, the Spanish port, and played a fun game of putt putt. Finally, I have to say that most condos do not have all the little things: detergent, spray and wash, plenty of dishwasher tablets, sandwich bags...They really have gone above and beyond to provide for the guest.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windjammer 413. The condo had everything we were looking for. Ocean front views from the master bedroom and the living room were spectacular. It was amazing to see the sunrise over the ocean each morning and to watch the sunset over the intracoastal each evening. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and coffee pot. The living space was well furnished and comfortable. The guest bedroom had new furniture and mattresses.

Crescent Beach is gorgeous with beautiful white sand. There are many wonderful places to eat near Crescent Beach and, of course, in St. Augustine.

Our only concern was that the mattress in the master bedroom is old and uncomfortable. A foam pad was placed on top of the mattress, but it didn’t help us much. They should replace the mattress.

"Wonderful view of the beach, condo is in good shape, beds are comfortable, AC and TVs work, and the company managing the building does a great job maintaining it.

Pelicans fly in squads right past the balcony on a daily basis and there is a good view down on to the green space between the condo and the beach which is currently occupied by four gopher tortoises and five bunnies. Look closely and the four tortoise burrows are visible from the balcony.

The wooden patio furniture is without doubt the most uncomfortable and impractical ever designed.

"We were delighted with the views,setup and convenience of the condo and plan to return next year. Each morning we woke up to the sunrise, which can be seen right from the master bedroom. Then, from the other side of the condo, you can see the sunset over the inter-coastal.

The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items.

Though the guest bedroom has new mattresses, which are comfortable,the master bedroom mattress and box spring should be replaced.

Overall, we enjoyed the condo very much and recommend it!

Perfect location, wonderful ocean view, but condo needs some work

"We loved the location of this condo. The 4th floor was perfect and we could even hear the ocean from inside the condo. The beach was never too crowded. The balcony was a beautiful place to eat, read, and just listen to the ocean sounds. However, the condo needs a little maintenance and some simple amenities to make it more guest friendly. The bathroom door in the master bedroom was very difficult to close and did not actually close all the way. The lighting in the master bath is very dim. The toilet handles needed a bit of help to keep the toilet from constantly running. Amenities missing were extra trash bags and laundry soap (at least for the load of towels we started per check out request). The condo could also use some new bath towels as the ones there seemed like they have been heavily used. We would consider staying here again if these things were taking care of. We love the quiet area of Crescent Beach!

"First time to stay in the St. Augustine area and we were satisfied with this property overall and would consider staying there again. Our unit was in need of repair on the bathroom pocket door and we were only provided with one bath towel and one hand towel per person for the entire week. No wash cloths were included, we purchased some of those at the Dollar General and washed the bath towels a couple of times while we were there. No big deal, just inconvenient. Also, renters need to be advised to either get a parking permit or put something in the car windshield area that verifies you are a tenant, otherwise, you end up with a somewhat threatening notice taped to your car that it will be booted at your expense. We were just not told in our packet that we needed to do this. Manager was nice to resolve with. Otherwise, great stay and good clean and uncrowded beach.

What a view!

"We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo over looking the ocean. It was very spacious with very comfortable beds. It was very convenient to go to the beach at different times throughout the day. There was plenty of room for a family of 4. Our stay was so we could visit with family and it was perfectly located for this.
We were very surprised that although it was clean and has been kept, it is showing lack of maintenance and it's age. The tension shower curtain rod fell and it was obvious that it was old, as it would not hold up again. So we were down to 1 shower. The washing machine had a water problem and when called about it, was fixed quickly. There were broken blinds in each room, just laying on the floor and hanging in the closet. On closer inspection many of the hanging ones were taped so they can be rehung. Just normal wear on a home, but items that should be addressed and maintained.
Please don't misunderstand. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. We will recommend this condo. Please take more time in maintaining your home. Thank you.

SO QUIET!

"An excellent location with perfect amenities. Agent was very accessible and quick to help if needed. Beach was uncrowded and the whole place was super quiet. Condo was immaculately clean. The pool is not between the condos and the beach like most, which allows only the sound of the ocean to be heard. We will definitely be back to this one!

Amazing Week - NO regrets!

"We booked this condo for a week stay and absolutely NO regrets! The location is PERFECT! Great/Easy access to the beach (which was fairly private and was never more then maybe 2 other families at the same time out there with us- wonderful when you have little ones running around everywhere- easier to keep an eye on) and the condo was very clean, updated and provided everything we 'swore we packed' (but happen to forget). Location is great- there was stores nearby to buy groceries when I ran out of milk for the little one AND lots of great restaurants for dinner. Never had to travel far for what I needed. Convenience is key when traveling with little kids! My family and I will definitely be staying here again!
