"We love Anastasia Condos and unit 308 was great! Condo was updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable! The third bedroom is very small and only suitable for small children though it is not close to the other bedrooms. The only problem was there were only 2 regular washcloths. The others were soft cloths and were more like polishing cloths. But overall the unit was great and I would stay here again!

"We're back at Anastasia condos after four years. Condo 308 was well equipped and nicely appointed. This is an excellent location for touring down the coast or heading into St. Augustine which is a great visit. The beautiful beach is a one minute walk right out the front door. We had a couple of minor issues that were standard maintenance stuff which our manager Derrick handled immediately. Their offie is right down the street. We've booked for next year.

"The space is beautiful. We like to travel to the beach off-season, so seeing some renovations around a community is not uncommon this time of year (there was a lot of work being done). The beach access and location were great, the condo itself was quite lovely and perfect for our needs. Only one issue, we booked the property, in large part, for the heated pool. Because of some work done to the surface of the pool, we were told it wasn't going to be turned on for a few more weeks. This was inconvenient as we may have booked the place we stayed last year had we known. We regrouped, played cards, went to an escape room (we have kids who were looking forward to swimming... yes, even in December.) I tried to connect with our representative at St. Augustine Vacation Rentals- he was out of the office until after the holiday. I reached out again after that date... nothing. Not a peep. We DID have an enjoyable stay and visit with family, however, I am not too keen on being outright ignored when I had a valid issue regarding what was an expected amenity (heated pool.) Review would have been higher if I had received any kind of response. Recommend the property should be a "maybe" but I put Yes. It had far more positives than negatives.

"Our stay was an amazing experience. The property was better than we expected. The condo was very cleaned and maintained and was stocked very well for our week stay. The beach view was beautiful while sitting inside and on the balcony. The condo association is very well maintained and the pool area was great. We were able to have many beach trips and ventured into St. Augustine old town area quickly.

"One of the best condos I have stayed in. It has a great view of the ocean and you can watch sunrise or moon rise from the living room, master bedroom or the porch. All the beds, bathrooms, and furniture were in good shape. The outdoor pool and pool area are in excellent condition. The one thing I would add is a key code because that would eliminate the need to keep up with keys. It also could have used a tiny bit more dusting in a few spots. Otherwise it was very clean. I would definitely rent this condo again if I came back to St. Augustine.

Great Condo, but cheap sheets

"We've stayed here twice over the years. Anastasia is our favorite building and 308 is our favorite unit. Great view, spacious, perfect location. Only issue is the bedding is very cheap sheets and comforter with stains on it. There should be high thread count quality sheets. Mattress is extra thick, which makes it challenging, but still necessary. Everything else is perfect, but quality bedding is important.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anastasia 308. The location couldn't be beat as it is isolated enough to have a quiet beach but is close enough to the restaurants in St. Augustine Beach and the sites in St. Augustine. The condo itself was great. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were both very comfortable (we didn't use the bunk beds). Our only complaint was with the couch in the den. We all thought the cushions were overly worn-out which compromised the comfort but admittedly that's a small issue. We were all so pleased with our stay that we would 100% book this condo again if we were ever in the area.

"The condo was great- right on the ocean, close to town, clean, updated. However, we drew the short straw and there was quite a bit of concrete repair happening the week we were there (outside the front door and below the balcony). They got started around 9 am everyday and would work through most of the day. Not the end of the world, but it was loud enough there was no napping or eating lunch in the condo. Other than that, great place.

"We would stay here again without a doubt! It is very comfortable, perfect view of and easy access to the ocean/beach on property. The condo was clean and had the things you would have in your own home to cook. Close to St. Augustine city center and plenty of things to do with our 7 year old around town. Watch the sunrise from the balcony or master bed with coffee. One of the best we have stayed in (we usually rent 2-3 a year on the East Coast)!!! Definitely recommend!

"#308 at Anastasia Condos was just what our family needed for a relaxing week away from home. Not only was the 3 bedroom condo spacious, but it was beautifully decorated and provided many amenities that made us feel as if we were actually at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the floor to ceiling picture windows that provided a remarkable view of the ocean. The porch was nice in the evenings for dinner and fit our family of 5 comfortably around the outside table. The condos upgrades were much appreciated, as well as the comfortable linens. The kitchen provided all we needed for dinners in and our children loved the bunk beds. A highlight of their week. ;) Anastasia Condo grounds were well maintained and the entry gate was an appreciated added security feature. The location was also perfect! Just a mile from Publix, a few minutes to downtown St. Augustine, and surrounded by wonderful local restaurants and shops. The team at St. Augustine Vacation Rentals were great to work with. They answered all questions and concerns about COVID restrictions in a timely manner, and even worked with us to move up our check in time due to arriving to town earlier than expected. Thank you for a fantastic week and we will definitely be renting this condo again in the near future.

Great view

"View was amazing. Loved hearing the ocean from the condo. However the beds and furniture were not comfortable at all. We used an air mattress and slept on the couch. The water pipes made a horrible noise when toilet flushed that woke everyone up. So sleep was not easy there but the view was incredible.

"The location is to die for and the interior was perfect. It is on the best part of the beach and the waves were breaking perfect and tons of activities going on when we were there. "WE love this condo and complex. We have stayed at this complex before but not this condo. The condo was bigger then we expected and super updated. The views are to die for.
The only complaint we have is that the master bed room's mattress is super uncomfortable. springs stick out and its very lumpy. Other then that we loved our stay and will come back ( just hoping they change the mattress ;) )

"We were extremely impressed with this condo. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. I could absolutely live there!! First time to visit St Augustine and we will definitely be back. So much to do and see, as well as do nothing but relax on the beach. This unit was clean and organized and met all of our needs. The grounds were lovely and the location was ideal. My only issue was...if you sleep in the master bedroom, bring a sleep mask. The shade is see-through and the gorgeous sunrise will wake you up each morning. Although it is beautiful... if you want to sleep in, bring a sleep mask. Other than that, we had a marvelous vacation and would love to visit again.

"This was our third stay in this Condo. We stay 2 months in the winter. The condo is always clean. The space is organized well. The views of the beach and ocean are always changing. "Loved this condo. The upgrades are top notch with one exception—towels. There aren’t enough decent towels for the amount of guests staying there. We found some in a cabinet but the condition of them are very bad. I did bring my own so that was a good thing. Each guest should have two sets of towels each.
Except for the cold weather that traveled across to the east coast, we had a wonderful time. It warmed up enough to take a few walks on the beach. With the cooler weather we were able to walk around downtown which we can’t do in the summer months because of the heat.

"This condo is so clean. Right on the beach. The only negative...could not open door from living area, (but I didn't make the property manager aware of this until check out) So maybe it's an easy fix. We just went thru the master BR to go on balcony. Would absolutely stay here again.

"You can't get a better view than this unit - floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean and a full size balcony facing the ocean. Sit outside or sit inside and it feels like you're on the beach. The beach is easily accessible via a crosswalk that is just outside the unit. Very well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Lots of great restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. The only constructive criticism I have is that they need to update the towels. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

" My daughter and granddaughter and I were vacationing together and wanted a place with a great view with a short walk to the beach.

"Beautiful condo as described. Second and third bedrooms rather dark as windows open to hallway. Master would benefit from black-out curtains as sliders face directly east. Apartment does have WIFI despite not listed in description

"This was a weekend getaway for my friends and I and we found the condo to be more than we expected!! When we arrived the condo hadn't been cleaned but the owners were quick to handle the situation and by the time we arrived back from dinner and getting groceries all was well. It has a beautiful view of the beach and has been recently renovated. Only problem is our stay wasn't long enough! I would definitely visit again and would recommend to others!!
